Because the leakSMART™ Valve connects directly to your home’s main water supply, professional installation is strongly recommended. The leakSMART™ system comes with a detailed Installation and Operation Manual to guide the installation process. There is also a toll-free number available for further installation assistance. Also, please note that local plumbing codes should be checked for complete compliance before beginning installation.
Hint: Pair the water valve to the Hub before installing it in its final location
Plug the valve into a power source and wait 10 seconds. The blue LED will start flashing to indicate the valve is in pairing mode.
Hit the button in the App to set the Hub into search mode.
Wait some time (up to a few minutes) before the App connects to the device and you see the device tile in the dashboard.
The device is now paired. you can try closing and opening the valve using the App.
Test range in the place where you want to use the device. In the OZOM App, tap onto the tile representing the water valve and try the open/close functionality.
If the valve reacts to the remote commands it is within range of your Hub.
If the device does not respond, could mean your water valve is out of range of the Hub. You can extend the Hub's range by placing a smart plug or a siren
in a location between the Hub and the Valve.

When you are sure the valve is in range, proceed to install the water valve as described in the printed instructions included with the device.
If adding is not succesful, wait until the blue button turned blue and press it again to set the HUB into search mode.
Then press the wireless button of the valve 10 times in a row.
Wait some time (up to a few minutes) before the App connects to the sensor and you see the device tile in the dashboard.
