Hint: Always add your smart devices in the same room your HUB is installed. After the device is connected you can move it to its desired location and test range.

Step 1

Hit the button in the OZOM App to set the Ozom Box into search mode.

Remove the battery tab labeled “Remove to Pair”. The sensor's blue LED will flash while searching for the Hub.

Step 2

Wait some time (up to a few minutes) before the App connects to the sensor and you see the device tile in the dashboard.

The device will be ready when you see its new tile in the dashboard. Assign the new device a name and enjoy!


Troubleshooting

If adding is not successful, wait until the blue button turned blue and press it again to set the HUB into search mode.

Remove the battery cover, the battery and wait ten seconds.

Using a paper clip, press and hold the reset button while reinserting the battery. Hold for an additional two seconds and release. Note: The reset button is a small black button above the battery as shown in the picture below.
