Humidity and Temp Sensor

Hint: Always add your smart devices in the same room your HUB is installed. After the device is connected you can move it to its desired location and test range.

Hit the button in the App to set the HUB into search mode.

Remove the battery tab labeled “Remove to Pair”. The sensor's blue LED will flash while searching for the hub.

It may take some time (up to a few minutes) before the App connects with the device. The process is finished once you see the device tile in the App dashboard.

Rename device: Click the gear icon in the device tile and then select the ... icon to access the menu.

Installation: Before installing the device in its final position test that it is within the Hub's range. To perform the test click the gear icon in the tile and then select the ... icon to ping the device. If the device is within range the LED will flash.

If the device is out of range move it to a location closer to the Hub or install a ZigBee repeater so the system's range can reach your desired location for the device.


Troubleshooting

If adding is not succesful, wait until the blue button turned blue and press it again to set the HUB into search mode.

Remove the case, the battery and wait ten seconds.

Using a paper clip, press and hold the reset button while reinserting the battery. Hold for an additional two seconds and release. Note: The reset button is a small black button above the battery(see next image).

Wait some time (up to a few minutes) before the App connects to the sensor and you see the device tile in the dashboard.
